Climate Select Series

Stainless steel, insulated, top mounted convection heating system, controled humidity, climate select, bevles heating cabinet

Stainless steel exterior and interior. Fully insulated, top mounted convection heating system with controlled humidity. Heavy-duty magnetic latch with "cool to touch" handle and turn-knob locking device. Solid state temperature controls - air temp adjustable from 70° to 215°F. Temperature controlled humidity system with four(4) gallon water reservoir and low water alarm. Heavy-duty, plate type casters, all swivel with 5" rubber wheels (front two with brakes).

Temper Select Series

Stainless steel, insulated, top mounted convection, bevles, temper select, convection heating system

Heavy-Duty Transport Series

Stainless steel exterior and interior (non-pass-thru design) with fully insulated top, back, sides, door and base. Heavy duty extruded universal angles, adjustable on 1½” centers to accommodate 12” x 20” or 18” x 26” pans. Two stainless steel tubular push/pull handles mounted on rear. Full perimeter bumper. Heavy duty hinges, magnetic door gasket and positive closing latch. Top mounted convection heat and humidity unit with security attachment plates to prevent unauthorized removal, or accidental displacement during transport. Temperature adjustable to 225°F (107°C).

Economy Series

Economical heated cabinets for applications not requiring. Stainless steel top mounted heating systems. Aluminum exterior and interior (non-pass-thru design). Bottom mounted convection heat and humidity unit with temperature adjustable to 200°F (93°C). Dual heating elements with 2000 total watts. "Cast in” humidity system prevents element burnout caused by water spills. Heavy duty stainless steel hinges, positive closing latches and magnetic door gaskets.
