- Programmable controls allows cooking by time or temperature probe as well as enables you to save and recall recipes
- Adjustable temperature controls from 80°F (27°C) to 300°F (150°C)
- At end of cook cycle, audio alarm sounds an automatically switches to holding temperature
- Fully insulated cabinet prevents heat loss, side air tunnel system circulates air evenly throughout the cabinet
- Removable interior components for quick and easy cleaning
- Heavy-duty plate casters with 5” neoprene wheels, two front brakes allow for easy mobility
- "W" models feature welded stainless steel wire pan supports that are adjustable on 1.5" centers
- "P" models feature stainless steel, non-adjustable pan packs on 3" centers
- Recessed stainless steel side mounted pull grips (front and rear) provide easy mobility
